Modern, thoughtfully furnished holiday apartment in the heart of Stralsund's old town for 2–3 guests. The apartment is in a historic building dating from 1868, fully renovated in 2013. The 47 m² apartment is located in the building's rear wing, known as the Kemladen, and offers a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen and a sunny south-facing balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The bedroom has a double bed. If needed, the living room sofa can also be used as a bed (2.00 m x 1.20 m when unfolded, with a comfortable mattress topper). The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Towels are provided. The apartment is on the first floor above ground level in the Kemladen at the rear of the building. Access is via a stone spiral staircase.
